How It Works

Step 1 – Fill out the Application Form

Complete our online form with your personal information and job preferences. This helps us understand your eligibility and expectations.

Step 2 – Free Eligibility Evaluation

Our consultants will assess your case based on the following criteria:

- Validity of your passport

- Accuracy and completeness of your data

- Absence of legal issues in police report

- Previous visa refusals (if any)

- Job compatibility and language requirements

- Willingness to relocate and comply with Romanian labor law.

If you meet the criteria, we’ll move forward with signing the consultancy agreement.

Step 3 – Sign the Consultancy Agreement

If you are eligible, we will sign a service agreement outlining the support we will provide during the entire process.

Step 4 – WhatsApp Group for Applicants

You will be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group for your application session. This allows you to receive updates, instructions, and communicate directly with our consultants throughout the process.

Step 5 – Prepare Your Documentation

We guide you step by step in collecting the necessary legal documents:

- Passport copy

- Legalized and translated police clearance

- Passport

-size photo

- CV in English (elaborate if necessary).

Step 6 – Matching with Partner Companies

We present your profile to officially registered partner companies in Romania that are open to hiring non-EU workers. These companies operate in sectors such as logistics, courier services, transport, and related fields. If your profile matches their needs, you will receive a job offer.

Step 7 – Submit the Work Authorization Application

We coordinate the submission of your application through the official Romanian Immigration portal. You will receive proof of registration once completed.

The process will take a minimum of 30 days from the moment we register your file application.

Step 8 – Visa application

Having a valid work permit enables you to apply for a Romanian visa.

We inform you that the duration depends on the load of applications from your country.

9-Final Support & Travel Guidance

After obtaining the visa, we guide you through your final steps before relocation, including travel suggestions and how to prepare for your arrival in Romania. Accommodation and working conditions will be detailed in the job offer you receive from our partner company.

Estimated Duration

The entire process usually takes between 3 to 6 months, depending on documentation, embassy schedules, and government processing times.
